About Shepherd’s Heart

Meet the Team

Founder · Psychotherapist · Clinical Supervisor
Ricardo Triani, LCMHC, LMHC
Licensed in New Hampshire and Massachusetts · PhD Candidate · Air Force Veteran
Ricardo is a licensed mental health counselor with a warm, supportive, Christ-centered approach. As an Air Force veteran, he brings an understanding of service, transition, resilience, and challenges faced by military members, veterans, and their families. His clinical work includes trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, couples and family concerns, with particular experience serving veterans and first responders.
He earned a Master of Arts in Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and also holds graduate theological and biblical counseling education. His approaches include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family and marital therapy, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy.
Ricardo speaks English, Portuguese, and Spanish. He is also a board-approved clinical supervisor in New Hampshire and Massachusetts and welcomes inquiries from graduate students and developing clinicians seeking supervision.

Stephen Savage
Stephen is a Christian-based therapist who believes faith and sound clinical practice can work together to promote healing, growth, and lasting change. He works with adolescents, adults, veterans, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, relationship concerns, and life transitions.
His approach incorporates Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) while integrating Christian principles.
